Project Description

The New York American Marketing Association (NYAMA) was in need of a new website that provided them with the ability to promote their Chapter, Partner and Sponsor events.  Their new website provides the following key features:

  • Custom design & development
  • Custom development which includes:
    • Custom slider for Featured Event images
    • Customized Event Tabs on Homepage and Events Page
    • Customized Marketing RSS Feed on homepage
    • Customized Search that provides Event Specific Categories/Topics, Location and Date Range Search Options
    • Customized templates for content types
    • Customized Categories (allows two category levels for Topics & Categories)
    • Customized Administrative Items which includes custom event data and event organizer modules. This allows for the Admin to select Organizers to assign to Events, allows for Organizers to Add Events for approval and allows for Organizer Archive pages to be auto generated displaying Events for the select Organizer.

The results have been overwhelmingly positive from all site users and visitors. This new site recently won the Web Market Association award for 2014 Association Standards of Excellence.
